The Challenge

As more attendees signed up for SINC’s specialized IT events, the website’s user experience struggled, complicating navigation and registration. The team also felt the site didn’t reflect their mission to provide networking and educational opportunities for IT professionals. Additionally, SINC needed a new logo and a website to support the organization’s growth and expanding offerings.

Branding

SINC was looking for a modernized brand identity that more effectively resonated with clients. The new design added enhancements to the logo and color palettes for a sharper, refined aesthetic while still maintaining brand equity.

Web Design

The web design faced the unique challenge of creating a site that targeted multiple audiences – both event sponsors and IT executives. SINC’s original website didn’t offer a clear differentiation between individuals or organizations on how to get involved, so the new site was restructured with strategic color schemes, messaging, and navigation options for both audiences.

Development

SINC needed an easy way for staff to manage the website, so a customizable page builder was created so staff could easily add content and create layouts. With hundreds of events every year, the development also needed to include a highly customized event calendar so they could easily add and categorize events. All forms were custom designed and integrated directly to the client’s CRM (HubSpot).
