The Challenge

As a growing brand, System Surveyor needed support in marketing its system design software to new audiences. The goal was to create a new logo, brand identity, and digital presence that would better portray the company digitally and increase lead generation.

Branding

The project started with with enhancements to System Surveyor’s visual brand identity. I incorporated the brand’s original colors in a modernized format and designed a new logo mark that uses a grid to represents a floor plan and surveillance camera view angle. This new logo is clean, professional, and establishes a more enterprise feel through darker colors, clean lines, and sharp lettering. After updating the logo, I moved on to updated other brand collateral such as powerpoint presentations, business cards, white papers, reports and trade show booth materials.

Web Strategy

During the web strategy process, I identified unique characteristics of each audience and mapped out the anticipated user journey for various user groups. From there, I worked on restructuring the website to better serve System Surveyor’s business goals. The site’s architecture and messaging laid the foundation for a web presence that appeals to new clientele, generates new leads, and ultimately, increases sales.

Web Design

Using the new brand guidelines, the web design focused on establishing a modern, enterprise feel that clearly displays the features of a product. Videos and motion graphics were incorporated to keep users engaged and moving from one section to the next.

Development

During the development we implemented a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) to empower our client with effortless content management. This choice not only simplified the process of updating and maintaining the website but also provided our client with the necessary tools to manage their content independently. A help and turtorial center and was implemented to help app users with questions and reduce the amount of support calls.
